By accessing or using the System, authorized users agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Purpose of the System

Ops.Integline is an internal business management platform designed to manage operational workflows, including but not limited to:

• Accounting and financial records

• Invoicing and billing

• Banking and transaction tracking

• Supplier and customer management

• Purchasing and procurement

• Shipping and logistics documentation

The System is intended strictly for business and operational use.

3. User Access and Authorization

• Access is restricted to authorized personnel, partners, or approved users.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

• Users must not share account access without written authorization.

• The Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at its discretion.

4. Data Accuracy and Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that:

• All financial entries are accurate and properly documented.

• Uploaded documents are authentic and compliant with company standards.

• Transactions recorded reflect actual business operations.

The Company is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect data input by users.

5. Confidentiality

All operational data within Ops.Integline, including financial records, supplier details, and customer information, is confidential.

Users agree:

• Not to disclose internal information to unauthorized third parties.

• Not to copy, export, or distribute sensitive data without approval.

Breach of confidentiality may result in legal action.

6. System Availability

While we aim to maintain continuous system availability:

• The System may undergo maintenance, upgrades, or temporary suspension.

• The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

• The Company is not liable for operational losses due to downtime.

7. Intellectual Property

All software architecture, system design, workflows, database structures, and documentation related to Ops.Integline are the intellectual property of Integline Trading Co., Ltd.

Unauthorized reproduction or replication is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The System is provided “as is” for internal business management purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Financial losses resulting from system misuse

• Data loss caused by user negligence

9. Governing Law
